Graham Marriott

Graham has over 30 years experience in the disciplines of real estate, technology and cartography.

His real estate career includes major international portfolio analysis, commercial brokerage and real estate development for major international companies.

Along with three former JLL colleagues, he founded The Potentia Group that was responsible for the underwriting of over $10 Billion of real estate assets for Wall Street securitization.

He went on to become President of RealQuest Technologies, a software company providing on-line data mining for major lending institutions and real estate professionals.

Graham co-founded Cartifact as a result of his life-long passion for maps, combined with a profound understanding of all aspects of real estate and associated technologies.
