What is the turnaround time?

For a brand-new map, turnaround is typically 2 business days or less. Repurposed maps and rush same-day turnarounds are often available.

What is the pricing? Are there any discounts?

Send us an e-mail and we’ll be happy to provide you with pricing for what you need. When we are able to repurpose an existing map for a different subject property, we apply a 50% discount.

Can I request edits?

Absolutely! With brand-new map orders we include unlimited edits for 2 months from when you order the map.

For discounted repurposed maps, we include basic changes such as highlighting your property and restyling the map to match your branding.

What file format do you send?

We provide high-resolution print-ready jpegs, and optionally we can also export png, tiff, or pdf files.

For licensing reasons, we are unable to provide editable files for our maps. (there are some exceptions, such as stacking plans and site plans where we drew everything from scratch).
